Pranayama Tuesdays with Lorilyn
Along with balancing, stretching poses, we will spend extra time exploring the benefits of a dedicated pranayama session. Expect to feel relaxed, balanced, clear-headed and at Peace. Pre registation at YogaTahoe.com suggested. Pre-post natal friendly. Beginners welcome!
